View Cosy Beach 2BED-APT

This fully furnished apartment offers a quiet and pleasant environment for spending a holiday. It’s on the 8th floor, has a kitchen with a living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, balcony with sea view. Its advantage is a lot of space, light and beautiful views. Guests have access to a shared gym, sauna and swimming pool. The building is located a few minutes from Cozy Beach. Just a few steps from shops, restaurants, salons with massages and street food.

Electricity Usage & Deposit:
  • Electricity is charged separately at 7 THB per kWh. Usage mainly depends on air conditioning, so we kindly ask you to turn it off whenever you leave the condo.
  • A security deposit of 10,000 THB is collected at check-in (with a receipt provided) and refunded at check-out after deducting electricity costs.
Parking:
  • A parking permit sticker is available for 300 THB per stay. Please inform us in advance if you require parking so we can prepare the necessary documents with building management.
Optional Cleaning Services:
  • Light cleaning: 1000 THB
  • Full cleaning + fresh bedsheets & towels: 2,000 THB
Please let us know your expected check-in and check-out times in advance.

Our local staff will meet you in the lobby to:
  • Guide you through the check-in process and show you the condo
  • Register your TM30 for immigration purposes
  • Collect the 10,000 THB security deposit
  • Take a photo of the electricity meter (both at check-in & check-out)
  • Check-in: From 2:00 PM (If arriving after 5:00 PM, please notify us beforehand)
  • Check-out: By 12:00 noon (For early morning departures, staff will visit the day before to settle the deposit and electricity bill).
Upon check-out, electricity usage will be calculated and deducted from your deposit before refunding the remaining balance.
