Check-In & Check-Out Process:

✅ Assist with the check-in process & show you the condo
✅ Register your TM30 for immigration
✅ Collect the 5,000 THB security deposit
✅ Take a photo of the electricity meter (at check-in & check-out)

? Check-in: From 2 PM (If arriving after 5 PM, please inform us in advance)
? Check-out: By 12 noon (For early morning check-out, staff will come the day before)

⚡ At check-out, our staff will calculate your electricity bill and deduct it from your deposit before refunding the balance.
